Plan for "Define a Space" projec

Shooting Location - Thomas Hunter Hall and Hunter Hall North (focusing especially on the stairwells of those buildings)

I was drawn to how broken down and forgotten/abandoned so much of Thomas Hunter Hall and Hunter North feels. In my Defining Space project I would like to convey a sense of decay as well as the idea that in order for something to decay there had to have been life there to begin with. I intend to do this by focusing on the hidden or decaying evidence of the people that have walked these halls before (ie. a forgotten plant locked away behind a crumbling door, a bulletin board with remnants of fliers, dust covered ceramics, etc).

1 - Close up of lock/broken door with plant behind, shift focus from lock to plant if possible.

2 - Close up of cracked window on 1st floor

3 - Medium shot looking up at fluorescent light in stairwell with stickers on it.

4 - Wide shot looking down a stairwell with artwork on the walls.

5 - Medium shot from angle of clay statues on dusty basement stairwell shelf

6 - Ground level shot of ceramic archway in basement

7 - Medium shot from side angle of bulletin board with burn mark. at height with bulletin board.

8 - Close up of feathers behind rusty window grate

9 - Medium shot, straight on, of yellowing moldy wall w/electrical socket, lit from above by flourescent light.

10 - Close up of "Youth Are Powerful" sticker on door.
